Shamanic
Healing Shamanism
is the most ancient form of healing and is still practiced in some form by indigenous
peoples around the world. There are many similarities within each form of Shamanism,
but also many differences. Elly is trained in the Inka tradition from the mountains
of Peru. Her teacher, Alberto Villoldo, PhD, psychologist & medical anthropologist,
studied with these shamans for more than 25 years. He has been successful in bringing
the ancient knowledge from Peru to North America & Europe. |
What
is Shamanic Healing? - Our
Luminous Energy Field is like a blueprint holding a record of every emotional,
physical, & spiritual trauma that we have ever endured.
- These
imprints then inform our physical reality, creating patterns in our lives that
we repeat until these wounds are healed. This work clears these imprints rapidly,
creating profound healing on all levels.
- Our
goal with this work is to remove the emotional attachments to an event or trauma,
rather than just suppress it. The memories will remain, but they will become like
a movie that is not your story & no longer pushes your buttons.
- The
work includes removal of intrusive energies - which can be dead relatives who
have passed on but don't realize they are dead. We also remove energy that has
become solid in your physical body, creating pain & dysfunction.
- Other
important modalities include soul retrieval, destiny retrieval, ancestral healing
& removal of curses.
- It
may access past lives or traumas that have been suppressed. This work never retraumatizes,
but clears the wound without the client having to rexperience it.
- The
practitioner has assistance from the ancient medicine people, the spiritual &
angelic realm, & the archetypes of the animal world.
- The
Healing The Light Body School includes initiation rites linking the practitioner
to the lineage of the ancient medicine people of Peru. Only recently have the
Inka Shamans allowed the knowledge to be shared with outsiders.

Touch
Healing
Touch is a program that prepares practitioners to work with all variations
of illness & dysfunction. It was developed by Janet Mentgen, RN., B.S.N.,
in the late 1980's. It is a nursing continuing education multi-level program in
energy-based therapy. It moves from beginning to advanced practitioner. Certification
includes a minimum of a year long mentorship, case studies, & proof of really
having done the work. Healing Touch is complementary to traditional health care
& is open to anyone with an interest in energy based healing. | |

Who
can benefit from Healing Touch? - The
work clears & balances the energy field to promote healing on all levels.
- It
will benefit anyone, whether they are dealing with physical, emotional or spiritual
problems. Many clients report relief from chronic pain.
- It
accelerates emotional recovery, which greatly shortens the time spent in therapy.
- Clients
with cancer report that Healing Touch helped them enormously with both the emotional
& physical aspects.
- It
often helps when traditional medical care doesn't. It can greatly improve one's
quality of life.
- It
is more relaxing than massage and should be included in routine self care &
health maintenance.
- This
can be done remotely. Many clients prefer this method,as they can relax at home
during the treatment & are able to rest with no interuption.
- Elly
has used Healing Touch remotely for many clients with cancer who were too unwell
during treatment to travel.
- It
is very useful prior to surgery for preparation, and then following for clearing
of the anesthetic and accelerating healing. Swelling & use of pain medication
can be greatly reduced.
